ContractorDesk AI · field-to-document workflow

From jobsite details to a change-notice draft you can review.

For U.S. subcontractors and specialty contractors: create an extra-work, delay-and-impact, scope clarification, or cost and schedule impact draft, review and edit it, save it in your own library, then download the saved draft as a PDF.

A customer account is required to generate and save a draft.

  1. Choose a notice and enter the job details

Start an extra-work notice, a delay-and-impact notice, a scope clarification request, or a cost and schedule impact summary. Add the project details you have, and leave optional context blank when it is not available.

  2. Generate an AI-assisted draft

Submit the information you have to create a draft from those details. A customer account is required to generate it.

  3. Review, confirm, and edit the sections

Check the generated sections against your project records, confirm unknown facts, and edit the wording. Make changes before you save the draft.

  4. Save it to your change-notice library

When signed in, explicitly save the draft to your own library. You can reopen a saved notice there and continue editing it.

  5. Download a PDF from the saved notice

Open the saved library entry and download its PDF for your project records. ContractorDesk AI does not issue or send the notice for you.
