Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms of Service are a placeholder for the agreement that will govern use of ContractorDesk AI. The owner must review and replace this language before relying on it for customer subscriptions.

The final terms will describe who may use the service, the age and eligibility requirements, and how acceptance of the agreement is recorded.

Service description and review responsibility

ContractorDesk AI is intended to help construction businesses organize project details and field notes into editable documentation drafts. The service description, included features, and any service limits remain subject to final approval.

Users are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving every draft before relying on, sending, or storing it. Drafts are not legal, engineering, safety, or regulatory advice and are not a substitute for professional review or project records.

Accounts

The final terms will explain account registration, password security, accurate account information, and the user’s responsibility for activity under an account.

Account ownership, verification, suspension, and recovery procedures are placeholders pending legal and operational review.

Subscriptions, payment, and cancellation

Subscription prices and available plans are shown on the pricing page. The owner must supply the approved rules for billing timing, renewals, taxes, refunds, cancellation, failed payments, and changes to plan allowances.

Payments are processed through the hosted checkout presented after a user chooses a plan. The final terms will identify the applicable payment and cancellation conditions without changing the checkout flow described here.

Acceptable use

The final terms will prohibit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized use of the service, including attempts to compromise accounts, systems, or other users’ data.

Any service-specific restrictions and reporting process must be confirmed by the owner before this section is treated as complete.

Intellectual property and content

The owner must approve the final allocation of rights in the service, its software, documentation, user-submitted content, generated drafts, and feedback.

Users should only submit content they are authorized to use. The final terms will describe the permissions needed to operate the service and any ownership or license terms that apply to outputs.

Availability and disclaimers

The service may be changed, interrupted, limited, or discontinued. The final terms will state the availability commitments, maintenance practices, and disclaimers that have been approved for the service.

No placeholder language on this page promises a particular uptime, result, accuracy, or compliance outcome.

Limitation of liability and termination

The final agreement must supply approved terms for liability limits, exclusions, indemnity if applicable, suspension, termination, and the effects of ending an account or subscription.

Those provisions are intentionally not finalized here and should not be inferred from this placeholder page.

Governing law

The governing law, venue, dispute process, and any required notices are placeholders. The owner must provide the approved jurisdiction and dispute terms before publication as a final agreement.
